Si Usted no está de acuerdo con los presentes Términos y Condiciones, le rogamos que se abstenga de utilizar este sitio Web, de darse de alta en el mismo, o de contratar cualquiera de los productos y servicios que se ofrecen. Los presentes Términos y Condiciones pueden ser modificados (actualizados) en cualquier momento, sin previa notificación. Las versiones modificadas (actualizadas) de los Términos y Condiciones aparecerán en este sitio Web y, serán de aplicación inmediata. Usted es responsable de revisarlos con ocasión de cada adquisición de los servicios que Roda ofrece en este sitio Web. Cada reserva se regirá por los Términos y Condiciones vigentes en el momento que se confirmó la reserva.
RESERVAR: El proceso de compra y realización de su pedido podrá realizarlo en pasos muy sencillos. Es necesario estar registrado y/o autenticado en el sitio Web para poder efectuar sus reservas. Registrándose, tendrá la posibilidad de ver detalles de los pedidos que ha efectuado en nuestro sitio estando autenticado, así como solicitar su cancelación o modificación. El usuario que realice las reservas y pague el importe total del pedido lo hace en nombre y con el consentimiento de todas las personas para las que se completa la reserva. Antes de pagar su pedido usted deberá confirmar los datos de todas las reservas incluidas en el mismo. Si Usted no está de acuerdo, tiene la posibilidad de modificar sus datos así como adicionar y/o eliminar reservas en el mismo. Una vez confirmado los datos de sus reservas y ejecutado el pago del pedido correctamente, la reserva será firme y cualquier modificación deberá atenerse a lo dispuesto en el apartado de Modificación y Cancelación En función del tipo de reserva, tipología del cliente, temporada, horario u otras variables, el sistema le pedirá parte (generalmente 10%) o bien la totalidad de la reserva por anticipado. En caso de que el intento de pago sea fallido, se le brinda la posibilidad de reintentar el pago. De no ser posible, el sistema anulará la petición deberá volver a comenzar la reserva. Se podrán emplear como medios de pago online los siguientes: tarjetas Visa, Visa Electrón, MasterCard y Maestro. Estas formas de pago son inmediatas, seguras y confidenciales y se realizaran a través de pasarelas de pago seguras. Efectuada una reserva y confirmado el pago, recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación (asegúrese de escribir correctamente su dirección de e-mail) inmediatamente después de su realización. Dicha confirmación, será prueba suficiente de la contratación del servicio. El proceso de contratación de la reserva se formalizará en español aunque es posible que la web de reservas detecte su idioma y le traduzca simultáneamente.
CANCELACIÓN O MODIFICACIÓN DE UNA RESERVA: Podrá modificar una reserva confirmada en cuanto la fecha u hora de la reserva así como en cuanto al número de jugadores (al alza o a la baja), hasta 48 horas antes de la fecha de la reserva. Las modificaciones serán en realidad confirmaciones y nuevas reservas simultáneas por lo que hasta que no sea abonada la cantidad incremental correspondiente, si procede o confirmada por email la nueva reserva con la modificación solicitada, no se tendrá por anulada la anterior. En todo caso solo se podrá cancelar o modificar una reserva con una antelación mínima de 48 horas. Con un preaviso inferior la modificación no será posible y no se reembolsará ni modificaran las condiciones de la reserva. La modificación antes del plazo límite indicado no comportará coste adicional (sin perjuicio de incremento de precio que pueda suponer la nueva reserva respecto de la original que se modifica). La cancelación, en cambio, comportará la pérdida de parte del precio ya satisfecho en función de la antelación con que se realice la cancelación. En concreto la política de reembolso por cancelación es la siguiente: Reembolso de 100% del precio de la reserva para cancelaciones con el preaviso indicado a continuación, según el número de jugadores: De 1 a 8 jugadores: 48 horas De 9 o más jugadores: 7 días Pasada esta fecha, no habrá opción a devolución o de mover la reserva a otra fecha. La modificación o cancelación de una reserva confirmada puede hacerse por cualquiera de los siguientes medios: Si es un usuario registrado, puede hacerlo a través de la gestión de Mis Pedidos. Si no es usuario registrado o no quiere usar el mecanismo indicado, podrá enviar la solicitud de modificación o antelación cancelación a golfcourse@rodagolf.com desde la dirección de correo registrada en la reserva, identificando el código de confirmación de la reserva que se modifica o cancela. Cualquier importe que se deba reembolsar como consecuencia de la cancelación o modificación de una reserva se realizará, con carácter general, por la misma vía por la que se recibió el ingreso en el momento de su formalización.
REGLAS DE USO DE LAS INSTALACIONES Los jugadores deberán atender y respetar las indicaciones que reciban de los empleados de Roda Golf, ya que éstos, en el desempeño de sus funciones, representan a los Órganos de Dirección, y tienen por misión hacer cumplir las instrucciones emanadas de los mismos.
1.- HORARIOS Tienda Recepción: De lunes a domingo de 8,00 a 17,30 en invierno y de 8,00 a 18:30 en verano. Campo de golf: De lunes a domingo, de 8,00 o 18,00 en invierno y de 8,00 a 20,00 en verano. Todos los horarios podrán ser modificados por la Dirección y estarán a disposición de los clientes en las oficinas de la Casa Club o en la web rodagolf.com.
2.- MANTENIMIENTO Y CUIDADO DE LAS INSTALACIONES Todo jugador deberá: Reponer “chuletas” en calle y en los tees. Rastrillar los bunkers y colocar posteriormente el rastrillo en su debido sitio. Arreglar los impactos de bola en el green. Marcar la bola en el green con marcadores adecuados o monedas evitando marcar la bola o rasgar el green con tees u otros objetos punzantes. No deformar el hoyo al quitar o reponer la bandera. A tal fin, se evitará sacar la bola del hoyo con el putter. No efectuar swings de ensayo arrancando chuletas, especialmente en tees y calles. En el campo de prácticas, las bolas de prácticas se deberán jugar siempre desde dentro del área delimitada al efecto y en dirección a las banderas o señales de distancia. Queda totalmente prohibido fumar en las proximidades de las zonas boscosas. Respecto a buggies y trolleys Los jugadores deberán seguir las indicaciones para el paso de buggies y trolleys y deberán circular por los caminos establecidos, respetando, en todo caso, las zonas señalizadas con cuerdas o carteles indicadores de paso. Los jugadores deberán seguir las señales del campo para tal uso. Los coches deberán estar ocupados como máximo por dos personas y en ningún caso podrán ser conducidos por menores de 16 años. Los grupos que utilicen coche no tienen preferencia sobre los demás grupos. Queda terminantemente prohibido maniobrar con los coches en los “tees” de salida y a menos de 20 metros de los “antegreenes”.
3.- REQUISITOS DE JUEGO Todo jugador deberá estar en posesión de la licencia en vigor emitida por la federación u organismo competente de su país de origen. El hándicap máximo permitido para Damas es de 36 y para Caballeros de 28. En cualquier caso, Roda se reserva el derecho a no permitir el acceso al campo de golf si el nivel de juego de un golfista no es suficiente como para mantener el ritmo de juego adecuado dentro del recorrido, independientemente de su hándicap oficial. Las peticiones de reserva de hora de juego podrán realizarse con la anticipación que se desee para los miembros del esquema deportivo y los miembros de golf, indicando nombre completo de todos los jugadores y hora solicitada. Se prohíben las partidas de más de cuatro jugadores. Roda se reserva el derecho a completar la partida en caso de que su reserva sea de menos de 4 jugadores. Deberá seguirse el orden de los hoyos del recorrido establecido y no jugarlos en forma arbitraria, saltándose hoyos o cambiando de recorrido. Todos los jugadores, tanto en competiciones como fuera de ellas, deberán evitar el juego lento, deberán jugar sin demora indebida y de acuerdo con cualquier directriz que pueda establecer el Comité. Atenderán en todo momento las instrucciones que al respecto pueda darles el Marshall. Para no perder su posición en el campo, este podrá en caso necesario efectuar los controles de tiempo que considere oportunos y tendrá autoridad para regular el juego según su criterio. En todo caso: Se deberá dar paso, cuando se esté buscando bola y el grupo siguiente esté esperando para dar su golpe. Así mismo se deberá dar paso, cuando se haya perdido uno o más hoyos con respecto al partido que preceda. Cuando exista saturación de jugadores en el campo, se aplicará la regla de cortesía en los pares 3. No repetir golpes, ni dar golpes de práctica en el campo, especialmente mientras haya algún jugador o partido por detrás en el mismo hoyo. Los jugadores deberán colaborar para que el mantenimiento del campo esté en perfecto estado de limpieza. Por ello, se utilizarán las papeleras habilitadas en los “tees” no abandonando ningún objeto fuera de ellas tales como: botes de bebidas, papeles, colillas, etc. Los jugadores deberán evitar todo tipo de actitudes, gestos, palabras o tonos de voz no acordes con las normas de etiqueta que conlleva la práctica de este deporte. Los jugadores, tanto en competición como fuera de ella, deberán seguir, obligatoriamente, las instrucciones establecidas por el Club para la suspensión temporal o definitiva del juego y evacuación del campo, en caso de tormenta eléctrica y peligro de rayos.
4.- ETIQUETA Todas las gorras deberán llevar visera la cual se usará frontalmente siendo aceptadas únicamente aquellas gorras reconocidas como equipamiento de golf. Todas las camisas deben llevar cuello, bien con manga corta o larga con la excepción de aquellas camisas sin cuello específicamente diseñadas para la práctica del golf. Está prohibido el uso de camisas por fuera de los pantalones, a excepción de aquellas camisas que hayan sido diseñadas para ir por fuera. Quedan prohibidas las camisetas de rugby o fútbol, al igual que camisas con logotipos, eslóganes, numeración o dibujos que no tengan relación con equipamiento de golf. Los pantalones largos deben de ser diseñados y apropiados para jugar al golf. Todos los tipos o colores de vaqueros, pantalones de estilo militar, de combate (con muchos bolsillos) o de camuflaje, rotos, o chándal, quedan estrictamente prohibidos. Pantalones cortos, de entrenamiento o de atletismo quedan totalmente prohibidos. Únicamente están permitidos los zapatos diseñados para el propósito de jugar al golf con clavos de goma. Sandalias o cualquier otra variedad de calzado no están permitidas. Las señoras deben adaptarse al código de vestimenta en todos los sentidos por tanto las camisetas/tops sin cuello deben tener mangas y las camisetas/tops sin mangas deben tener cuello. El teléfono móvil debe permanecer apagado excepto cuando sea necesario realizar una llamada de emergencia. En tal caso, rogamos lo haga con apropiada discreción. Estas reglas se aplicarán a todos los golfistas. Aquellos que no vayan vestidos apropiadamente se les negará el acceso. Todo el personal está autorizado a exigir a cualquier golfista cuya vestimenta no siga el código, a que abandone el campo. Rogamos evite situaciones comprometidas ya que aquellos golfistas que se muestren no cooperantes o abusivos con el personal, se les pedirá que abandonen las instalaciones.
5.- CONDICIONES METEOROLOGICAS ADVERSAS Si el día de juego el campo ha de ser cerrado, debido a condiciones meteorológicas adversas, buscaremos una hora de juego alternativa o le ofreceremos un bono por lluvia. Por favor, si dispone de bono de golf no olvide traerlo con usted el día de juego.
6.- RESERVA DEL DERECHO DE ADMISIÓN Roda se reserva el derecho de invitar a abandonar las instalaciones o a no permitir el acceso a las mismas a toda aquella persona que no cumpla las presentes Términos y Condiciones.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using this website, from registering on it, or from contracting any of the products and services offered. These Terms and Conditions may be changed (updated) at any time without prior notice. The modified (updated) versions of the Terms and Conditions will appear on this website and will be immediately applicable. You are responsible for reviewing them on the occasion of each purchase of the services offered by Roda on this Web site. Each booking will be governed by the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the booking was confirmed.
BOOKING: The process of purchasing and placing your order can be carried out in very simple steps. You need to be registered and/or authenticated on the website in order to make your reservations. If you are registered, you will be able to view details of the orders you have placed on our site while logged in, as well as to request their cancellation or modification. The user who makes the reservations and pays the total amount of the order does so on behalf of and with the consent of all persons for whom the reservation is completed. Before paying for your order you must confirm the details of all bookings included in the order. If you do not agree, you have the possibility to modify your details as well as to add and/or delete bookings in the order. Once your booking details have been confirmed and the order has been paid for correctly, the booking will be firm and any modification will have to comply with the provisions of the Modification and Cancellation section. Depending on the type of booking, type of client, season, timetable or other variables, the system will ask for part (generally 10%) or all of the booking in advance. In case the payment attempt is unsuccessful, you will be given the possibility to retry the payment. If this is not possible, the system will cancel the request and the booking will have to be restarted. The following payment methods can be used online: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. These payment methods are immediate, secure and confidential and will be made through secure payment gateways. Once a booking has been made and payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail (please ensure that you enter your e-mail address correctly) immediately after making your booking. This confirmation will be sufficient proof of contracting the service. The booking process will be formalised in Spanish, although it is possible that the booking website will detect your language and translate it simultaneously.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF A RESERVATION: You will be able to modify a confirmed booking in terms of the date or time of the booking as well as the number of players (upwards or downwards), up to 48 hours before the date of the booking. The modifications will in fact be simultaneous confirmations and new bookings, so until the corresponding incremental amount is paid, if applicable, or the new booking with the requested modification is confirmed by email, the previous booking will not be considered cancelled. In any case, a booking may only be cancelled or modified with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. With a shorter notice the modification will not be possible and the conditions of the reservation will not be refunded or modified. Modification before the deadline indicated will not entail any additional cost (without prejudice to any increase in price that the new reservation may entail with respect to the original reservation that is modified). Cancellation, on the other hand, will entail the loss of part of the price already paid, depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Specifically, the cancellation refund policy is as follows: - 100% refund of the reservation fee for cancellations with the notice indicated below, depending on the number of players: - 1 to 8 players: 48 hours - 9 or more players: 7 days After this date, there will be no option to refund or move the booking to another date. The modification or cancellation of a confirmed reservation can be done by any of the following means: - If you are a registered user, you can do it through the management of My Orders. - If you are not a registered user or do not wish to use the mechanism indicated, you may send the request for modification or cancellation in advance to golfcourse@rodagolf.com from the email address registered in the reservation, identifying the confirmation code of the reservation being modified or cancelled. Any amount to be refunded as a result of the cancellation or modification of a reservation will be made, in general, by the same means by which the deposit was received at the time it was formalised.
RULES FOR THE USE OF THE FACILITIES Players must attend to and respect the instructions received from Roda Golf employees, as these, in the performance of their duties, represent the Management Bodies, and their mission is to ensure that the instructions issued by them are complied with.
1.- OPENING HOURS Reception Shop: Monday to Sunday from 8.00 to 17.30 in winter and from 8.00 to 18:30 in summer. Golf course: Monday to Sunday, from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm in winter and from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm in summer. All opening hours may be modified by the Management and will be available to customers at the Club House offices or on the rodagolf.com website.
2.- MAINTENANCE AND CARE OF THE FACILITIES All players must: - Replace "chops" in the fairway and on the tees. - Rake the bunkers and then place the rake in its proper place. - Fix ball impacts on the green. - Mark the ball on the green with suitable markers or coins avoiding marking the ball or tearing the green with tees or other sharp objects. - Do not distort the hole when removing or replacing the flag. To this end, avoid taking the ball out of the hole with the putter. - Do not take practice swings by pulling out divots, especially on tees and fairways. - On the driving range, practice balls must always be played from within the area marked out for this purpose and in the direction of the flags or distance signs. - Smoking is strictly forbidden in the vicinity of wooded areas. Regarding buggies and trolleys - Players must follow the indications for the passage of buggies and trolleys and must drive along the established paths, respecting, in any case, the areas marked with ropes or signs indicating the passage of buggies and trolleys. - Players must follow the signs on the course for such use. - Cars must be occupied by a maximum of two people and under no circumstances may they be driven by children under 16 years of age. - Groups using cars do not have preference over other groups. - It is strictly forbidden to manoeuvre cars on the tees and within 20 metres of the tee boxes.
3.- PLAYING REQUIREMENTS All players must be in possession of a valid licence issued by the federation or competent body of their country of origin. The maximum handicap allowed for Ladies is 36 and for Gentlemen 28. In any case, Roda reserves the right to deny access to the golf course if a golfer's level of play is not sufficient to maintain the appropriate pace of play on the course, regardless of his or her official handicap. Requests for game time reservations may be made as far in advance as desired for members of the sporting scheme and golfing members, stating full names of all players and time requested. Matches of more than four players are prohibited. Roda reserves the right to complete the match in the event of a booking of less than 4 players. The order of the holes of the established course must be followed and not played arbitrarily, skipping holes or changing the course. All players, both in and out of competition, shall avoid slow play, shall play without undue delay and in accordance with any guidelines that may be laid down by the Committee. They shall at all times heed any instructions that the Marshall may give them in this respect. In order not to lose their position on the course, the Marshall may if necessary carry out such time controls as he considers appropriate and shall have the authority to regulate play at his discretion. In any case: - A fairway shall be given when a player is looking for a ball and the next group is waiting to hit their shot. - The ball shall also be given way when one or more holes have been lost in relation to the preceding match. - When there is a saturation of players on the course, the courtesy rule will be applied on par 3s. - No repeat shots or practice shots on the course, especially when there is a player or party behind on the same hole. Players must cooperate to ensure that the course is kept in a perfectly clean condition. Therefore, players must use the litter bins provided on the tees and must not leave any objects such as drinks cans, paper, cigarette butts, etc. outside them. Players must avoid all types of attitudes, gestures, words or tones of voice not in accordance with the rules of etiquette involved in the practice of this sport. Players, both in and out of competition, must obligatorily follow the instructions established by the Club for the temporary or definitive suspension of play and evacuation of the pitch in the event of a thunderstorm and danger of lightning.
4.- ETIQUETTE - All caps must have a visor which will be worn on the front and only caps recognised as golf equipment will be accepted. - All shirts must have a collar, either long or short sleeved with the exception of collarless shirts specifically designed for golf. - The wearing of shirts outside the trousers is prohibited, with the exception of shirts that are designed to be worn on the outside. - Rugby or football shirts are prohibited, as are shirts with logos, slogans, numbering or designs unrelated to golf equipment. - Long trousers must be designed and appropriate for golf. - All types or colours of jeans, military style trousers, combat trousers (with many pockets) or camouflage, ripped, or tracksuit bottoms are strictly prohibited. - Shorts, training or athletic shorts are strictly forbidden. - Only shoes designed for the purpose of playing golf with rubber spikes are permitted. Sandals or any other variety of footwear are not permitted. - Ladies must conform to the dress code in all respects therefore collarless shirts/tops must have sleeves and sleeveless shirts/tops must have collars. - Mobile phones must remain switched off except when it is necessary to make an emergency call. In such a case, please do so with appropriate discretion. - These rules apply to all golfers. Those not dressed appropriately will be refused access. - All staff are authorised to require any golfer whose dress is not in accordance with the code to leave the course. - Please avoid compromising situations as golfers who are uncooperative or abusive to staff will be asked to leave the premises.
5.- ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS If the course has to be closed on the day of play due to adverse weather conditions, we will find an alternative tee time or offer you a rain voucher. If you have a golf voucher please remember to bring it with you on the day of play.
6.- RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED Roda reserves the right to ask anyone who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions to leave the facilities or to refuse access to the facilities.
